These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions and services provided by Sofi Jewellery Smith. By engaging our refining, manufacturing, customization, or jewellery production services, clients agree to the following terms.

Sofi Jewellery Smith operates strictly as a B2B goldsmith and jewellery manufacturing company. Clients supply gold materials for refining, crafting, casting, finishing, polishing, and fitting. We guarantee professional workmanship and maintain the agreed gold weight after refining and transformation into finished jewellery, subject to standard industry tolerances.

All design approvals, customization details, and order specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may result in additional costs and extended timelines. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on complexity, customization level, and production volume.

Clients are responsible for verifying designs, measurements, and specifications prior to final approval. Sofi Jewellery Smith is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Payments must be completed as per agreed commercial terms before delivery unless otherwise contractually stated.

All intellectual property related to custom designs remains confidential and is not shared without consent. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unlawful material sourcing or non-compliance with UAE regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
